Cygwin：Seismic Unixのインストール中に問題が発生しました - インストール中にエラーが発生しました。

Windows 10のCygwinに「Seismic Unix」をインストールするためのアドバイスが必要です。以前にこれを行った人が私を助けることができることを願っています。

私が経験している問題は、make installインストールプロセスを実行すると特定のポイントまで実行され、次のエラーで終了することです。プログラムが実行makefileをバインドするときに発生するようです。
