httpトラフィックをに転送したいです192.168.99.100:32150。

192.168.1.3:32150驚くべきことに、DNATターゲットエンドポイントが（wlp3s0f0インターフェース）ではなく192.168.99.100:32150（インターフェース）の場合は、期待vboxnet0どおりに機能します。何らかの理由でターゲットインターフェースがDNATであれば機能しないようvboxnet0ですがwlp3s0f0。
この動作の原因は何ですか？私のルールは間違っていますか？

動作させるために欠けている部分は次のとおりです。
sudo sysctl -w net.ipv4.conf.all.route_localnet=1
sudo iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -j MASQUERADE
ただし、ターゲットが.なのになぜまだ機能するのか理解できません192.168.1.3:32150。
