インストールをクリアして適切にクリーンアップすることをお勧めします。

sudo apt-get remove openssh-server openssh-client --purge && sudo apt-get autoremove && sudo apt-get autoclean && sudo apt-get update
パッケージをアップグレードしない理由がない場合は、次のことを試すこともできます。
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
その後、パッケージを再インストールして問題が解決するかどうかを確認できます。
sudo apt-get install openssh-server openssh-client

ubuntuエラーで次の事実が見つかりました。upstart : Depends: ifupdown (>= 0.6.10ubuntu5)
sources.listファイルとsources.list.dディレクトリにファイルペアがあることを確認してくださいubuntu。ペアがある場合はコメントアウトし、上記のコマンドを再試行してください。
ubuntuPPAまたは.debパッケージがインストールされている場合ubuntuでも問題が発生する可能性があります。
