systemd-logindを停止して後で有効にしない方法は？

systemd-logindを停止し、後で再起動または有効にしない方法を知りたいです。

systemdサービスユニットファイルにrestart =パラメータがあることがわかります。その値が no または on-failure に設定されている場合、サービスがsystemctl stop xxx再起動またはアクティブにならないようにサービスが停止します。

しかし、systemd-logindは特別に見えますか？少し混乱しています。
