最新バージョンのnexus（現在3.6.0）をインストールしたら、手動コマンドを使用して起動できます。

この問題を解決するには、Systemdが次のコマンドを使用して/app/nexus/bin/nexusパスにあるnexusバイナリにアクセスできるようにSELinuxポリシーを追加します。
sudo chcon -R -t bin_t /opt/nexus/bin/nexus
