パッケージを再インストールしたので、debian-archive-keyring実際のキーファイルが正しい場所にあるはずです。ただし、再インストール時にキーを信頼できるものとして追加できませんでした。それはおそらく、postinstDebian squeezeからjessieへの移行に関連しているように見えるパッケージスクリプトのいくつかの条件によるものです。
以下を行う必要があるかもしれません（または非常に似た作業）。
# cd /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d
# for i in *.gpg ; do apt-key add $i; done
実際のキーがまだ欠落している場合、無差別代入方法はパッケージを手動で抽出することです。
