Linux Mint 18.1「Serena」はUbuntu 16.04に基づいているため、まだ機能していないのが正常です。
しかし、一般的なドライバの問題のようです。 LinuxでIntel Atomベースのノートブックを完全にサポートするのは簡単ではなく、時間がかかることがよくあります。
しかし、他のものを試す前に。 Ubuntuは16.04.3にアップデートされましたか？
これを行った場合は、次の手順に従ってUkuuをインストールしてください。地図時間、最新のLTSカーネルとドライバ（4.14）をインストールし、状況が良くなることを確認してください。
また、安定性のためにLTS以外のUbuntuバージョンをインストールしないでください。
