diff - 空行を無視する方法

すべての空白と空白行を無視して両方のファイルを比較する必要がありますが、何らかの理由でdiffオプションがうまく機能せず、file1に空白行が表示されます。

-b  --ignore-space-change  Ignore changes in the amount of white space.
