Ubuntuの最後の再起動 - 終了時間を繰り返す

次のイベントが表示されますが、理由と方法がわかりません。

1. なぜ同じ終了日（2019年12月31日13:30:46）が何度も現れるのでしょうか？終了日は次の再起動日に近づくべきではありませんか？
2. そこに7月3日という日付が突然現れたのはなぜですか？
