SSH自動、認証失敗

私はSSHを通じて4年間使用してきたDebian 7を実行するVPSを持っています。

突然接続しようとすると、リモートsshdへの接続が開いているにもかかわらず、パスワードの入力を求められません。数秒後に「認証に失敗しました」というメッセージが表示され、ログインできなくなり、シェルプロンプトが表示されます。

以前この問題を見た人はいますか？この問題を回避する方法についてアドバイスがある人はいますか？
