また、sources.listおっしゃったことwheezy。これは Debian 9 ではなく Debian 7 のリリース名です。cat /etc/debian_versionあなたの結果は何ですか？
7で始まる数字が報告されたら、Debian 9ではなくDebian 7（"Wheezy"）を実行しています。この場合、アップグレードを慎重に検討する必要があります。 Debian 7の長期サポートは、今からわずか2ヶ月の2018年5月31日に終了します。
