時間を同期するためにntpを取得できません

マシンの時間を同期したいです。このコンピュータはある程度保護された大学ネットワークにあります。私は変更する時間がありません。

これが私の設定です（Debianのデフォルト）。

大学ネットワークで動作するようにntpを設定する方法は？
