この問題の回避策としてファイルを削除できます。一度だけ削除すればいいので心配しないでください。その後、これら2つのオプションを組み合わせて

StrictHostKeyChecking=no
UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null

SSH 構成ファイルに入れるか、~/.ssh/config別名で作成できます。

alias ssh0="ssh -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null"

これにより、追加の設定なしでプロキシが渡され、複数のボックスで機能します。
