ポートを開こうとしましたが、iptables -I INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 4444 -j ACCEPTまだ閉じています。

ポートに何かをリッスンしているものがあり、ファイアウォールだけでは開くことができません。

ここで httpd は 80 を受信して​​いるので開いていると表示されます。

Netstatは80が開いていても聞いていないと表示します。

ポイントはIPTablesの一部です質問。 4444でリバース接続レシーバを起動すると（これはRapid7 Q&A）、ポート4444が開いていてリッスンしているように見えるため、IPテーブルに触れる必要はありません。
