localhostにパスワードのないSSH接続を確立できないようですが、理由がわかりません。
私~/.sshはid_rsaauthorized_keysid_rsa.pubknown_hosts

このPermitEmptyPasswords設定を有効にすると、SSHは空のパスワードを受け入れることができますが、SSHがパスワードを求めるメッセージを表示しないという意味ではありません。
PermitEmptyPasswords - パスワード認証が許可されている場合に、サーバーが空のパスワード文字列を持つアカウントへのログインを許可するかどうかを指定します。デフォルトはいいえです。 -

パスワードのないログインを許可するには、公開鍵認証を設定する必要があります。 Foxが述べたように、コマンドの出力はdiff authorized_keys id_rsaauthenticate_keysファイルにプライベートSSHキーしかないことを示します。そのファイルには秘密鍵があってはいけません。cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub > ~/.ssh/authorized_keysこれを実行して公開鍵に置き換えることができます。
その後、空のパスワードを削除できます:)
