elfutils-libelf-develがインストールされましたが、VirtualBoxのインストール中に検出されません

VirtualBoxを次のようにインストールしようとしています。このチュートリアル。すべての手順を実行しましたが、実行しようとすると次のようになります。

/usr/lib/virtualbox/vboxdrv.sh setup

次の結果が表示されます。

vboxdrv.sh: Stopping VirtualBox services.
vboxdrv.sh: Building VirtualBox kernel modules.
vboxdrv.sh: failed: Look at /var/log/vbox-install.log to find out what went wrong.

/var/log/vbox-install.log含む:

だから私は実行しようとしましたが、dnf install elfutils-libelf-develすでにインストールされています。

elfutils-libelf-devel編集：正しいリポジトリから出ていることを確認するのが面白いかもしれないことがわかったので、出力は次のdnf info elfutils-libelf-develようになります。
