CENTOS 7のPACEMAKER仮想IPの問題

ProxmoxはCentOS 7コンテナを使用していますが、仮想IPに問題があります。

を使用して仮想IPを作成しましたが、pcs resource create cluster_vip ocf:heartbeat:IPaddr2 ip=10.2.12.30 cidr_netmask=23 op monitor interval=20s 次のエラーが発生します。
