カーネルを4.19にアップグレードした後でも、USB-C AlternateModeはまだ機能しません。

しばらく私はUbuntu 18.04を実行しているhp-envy-13で外部モニタを使用しようとしてきました。カーネル4.19がサポートされると思っていましたが、まだ機能していないようです。アダプタ（USB-C-VGA）は私のMacbookで正しく動作し、ケーブル/アダプタの問題を排除しますが、Ubuntuでは認識されません。

ここで何か抜けましたか？
