次のリポジトリはコード名をhttp://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntuサポートしていません。サポートされているすべてのコード名はgroovy次のとおりです。404 errorここにリストされています。
libmagick++以下から Debian Buster にインストールできます。
sudo apt install libmagick++-6.q16-8
libmagick++-6.q16-5v5Ubuntu Xenialに属します。
