最後の項目が/etc/apt/sources.list間違っています。
deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ DISTRO main
apt-getDISTRO存在しないディレクトリに到達するのを待って停止することもできます。
Webサーバーで複数の404エラーが発生し、タイムアウトする可能性があります。ただし、この問題を解決する最善の方法は削除することです/etc/apt/sources.list。
