DellノートパソコンでBluetoothが機能しない

Dell Inspiron N5030ノートパソコンを使用しており、Bluetoothスピーカー（Ultimate Ears）を接続したいです。以下はいくつかの出力です。

私が気づいたことの1つは、再起動するたびにBluetoothサービスが無効になることです。毎回走らなければなりませんsudo modprobe btusb。sudo systemctl restart bluetooth自動的に起動する方法はありますか？

もう一つのこと：私のBIOSバージョンはA02ですが、2010年9月13日からです。一つは2011年のものです。これが問題になる可能性がありますか？
