現在インストールされているパッケージを確認し、 kde-runtime Linuxパッケージがインストールされていることを確認することをお勧めします（apt list kde-runtime）。このパッケージにはKDE kuiserverサービス（/usr/bin/kuiserver）が含まれている必要があります。このパッケージは /usr/bin/kuiserver ファイルをインストールし、/usr/share/dbus-1/services ディレクトリに org.kde.kuiserver.service{;^)> というサービスファイルを生成します。
