最近、SSDをより大きなSSDに置き換えました。使ったクローン属既存のディスクを新しいディスクに複製します。その後GPartedライブ既存のパーティションのサイズを変更するには、スワップパーティションをディスクの端にスライドさせます。また、Ubuntu 16.04から18.04にアップデートしました。
上記の手順を正常に完了した後に実現しました。起動時間が長くなります。同様のスレッド(下のリンク)を見つけ、そこで提案を試しました。しかし、ブート時間はディスク交換前の時間ほど短縮されませんでした。

「修復」ファイルがあるようです。
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
これ以上見つからないUUIDを指します。スワップパーティションの正しいUUIDを指すようにファイルを変更して実行できます。
sudo update-initramfs -u
