この質問はAskUbuntu.SEにあります。同様のAMD IOMMUのバグがあり、カーネルブートパラメータを追加することで修正されますiommu=soft。
ただし、これは回避策かもしれません。実際の修正には、ath10k_pcieAMD IOMMUおよび/またはWiFiドライバへのパッチが必要な場合があります。
