2つの同じアプリケーションの異なるCPU使用率の動作

2つのOpenStackインスタンスがあります

ノード1 - 16 vCPU / 16 GBメモリノード2 - 8 vCPU / 8 GBメモリ

どちらのマシンもF5ロードバランサー(ループ)の背後にあり、MongoosIMアプリケーションを実行していますが、16台のvCPUコアマシンのCPU使用率が常に低いCPUクラウドノードよりも高いことがわかりました。なぜですか?
