パッケージのバージョンをインストールする必要があります。
sudo apt install hplip
Ubuntu 19.04で利用可能なバージョンはM15aを完全にサポートしています。
これはcanberra-gtk-moduleGtkイベントサウンドに関する警告です。これは無害で無視できます。
