デスクトップ環境としてDebian BusterとCinnamonをインストールしました。ログイン後、シナモンはソフトウェアレンダリングモードで実行中であることを通知する警告をデスクトップに表示し、トラブルシューティングの目的にのみお勧めします。ログには.xsession-errors同じ内容が記載されています（下記参照）。私はシナモンがウェイランドのリーダーシップの下で運営されていると仮定します。
システムに専用グラフィックカードがありません。これインテルI7 9700K CPU代わりに、プロセッサグラフィックが使用されます。

別のマザーボードを試した後、ついに問題が解決しました。
必要な唯一の変更は、Debian BusterのデフォルトのLinuxカーネル（4.19.x）をDebian Busterがバックポートした最新のカーネル（5.3.x）に更新することです。
アップデート後、ソフトウェアレンダリング警告メッセージは消え、追加の処置は不要です。
