sshdここでも同様のエラーがありました。起動時にディレクトリを作成できないように見えた/run/sshdので、ここでは次のスクリプトを実行しました。
以下からsshddirスクリプトを作成してください/etc/init.d/。

mkdir -p /run/sshd
chmod -R 755 /run/sshd
$ sudo chmod 755 /etc/init.d/sshddir
$ sudo update-rc.d sshddir defaults
これにより、再起動してアクセスできます。
