Apacheとmysqlaminが空白で表示される

こんにちは。私は2年以上ウェブサイトを運営していますが、先週、突然メモリ不足の問題が発生しました。そのため、より多くのメモリを割り当てようとしましたが、今ではapacheページとmysqladminページが空で、このエラーが発生します。
