USBドライブを取り付ける方法

別のコンピュータにインストールするために使用されるUSBドライブがあり、期待どおりに表示されませんでした。 Ubuntu 11.04を実行しており、ドライブが「場所」の下に表示されるはずです。これが出力ですdmesg:
