RHEL 7インスタンスにApache Webサーバーを設定しました。
yum install mod_ssl openssl
openssl genrsa -out ca.key 2048
openssl req -new -key ca.key -out ca.csr
openssl x509 -req -days 365 -in ca.csr -signkey ca.key -out ca.crt
cp ca.crt /etc/pki/tls/certs
cp ca.key /etc/pki/tls/private/ca.key
cp ca.csr /etc/pki/tls/private/ca.csr
httpd.confファイルとssl.confファイルで、次のSSLCertificateFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca.crt SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/pki/tls/private/ca.keyを使用するように443を指す仮想ホストを変更しました。
再起動後にhttpdエラーが発生しませんでした。
カスタム証明書と交換すると、次のエラーが発生します。

プロセスが証明書ファイルにアクセスできるようにするには、証明書ファイルの所有権をec2-user：rootに変更する必要があります。これで問題が解決しました。 Emma Luoに感謝します。
