このコマンドはsudo apt-get dist-upgrade「wheezy」のエラーも返します。

たぶん設定ファイルで何かを変更する必要があるかもしれませんが、何がどこにあるのかわかりません。

Wheezyを参照する他の設定ファイルがあるかもしれません/etc/apt/sources.list.d。その項目も削除する必要があります。
これらのエラーは無害ですが、なぜそれを削除したいのか理解しています！
