ソフトウェアマネージャで発生するエラーは次のとおりです（読みやすくするために改行が追加されました）。

削除して問題を解決しました。

nux-dextop.repo

ファイルは/etc/yum.repos.dフォルダにあります。

rm /etc/yum.repos.d/nux-dextop.repo

今大丈夫でしょう。
