Debian に wine32 をインストールできない

WineでWindowsアプリケーションを実行しようとすると、次のメッセージが表示されます。

it looks like wine32 is missing, you should install it.
as root, please execute "apt-get install wine32"

だからrootとしてwine32をインストールしようとしましたが、次のような結果が得られました。

    $ sudo apt install wine32

インストールしようとしましたが、libc6:i386エラーlibwine:i386が発生しました。

E：満たされていない依存関係。パッケージなしで「apt --fix-broken install」を試してください（またはソリューションを指定）。

これはapt --fix-broken installうまくいきましたが、libc6またはlibwineを再実行しても問題は解決しませんでした。

同じ問題に対する他の答えとフォーラムの投稿があることを知っていて、その解決策を試してみましたが、新しいものを手に入れませんでした。
