私のBluedio T4ヘッドフォンはUbuntu Linux 20.04 LTSから自動的に接続されません。
デバイスは PulseAudio /etc/pulse/default.pa で信頼でき、有効になっています。 Wiresharkを使用すると、コントローラに非常に迅速に接続されていることがわかります。ただし、数ミリ秒後に切断要求が送信され、それに応じてデバイスが切断されます。

デバイスが問題なく自分のAndroidデバイスに接続されているため、これが起こる理由がわかりません。

私も同じ問題があります（しかしDebian Busterとbluedio t6を使用しています）。
セクションFastConnectableでオプションを変更してみました。true/etc/bluetooth/main.conf[General]
# Permanently enables the Fast Connectable setting for adapters that
# support it. When enabled other devices can connect faster to us,
# however the tradeoff is increased power consumptions. This feature
# will fully work only on kernel version 4.1 and newer. Defaults to
# 'false'.

その後、再起動します。Bluetooth、ヘッドセットの電源を入れるとすぐに接続されます。
