もしそうなら、4.1.2は4.1.3よりも最新のバージョンです。何が起こっているのでしょうか？それともバグですか？

私は仮定する
a) Spyder は独自のサーバーで新しいバージョンをテストします。
b) Ubuntu リポジトリはまだバージョン 4.1.3 を提供していないため、4.1.2 が既知の最新バージョンです。
したがって、プログラムは新しいバージョンを提供しますが、apt新しいバージョンのソースが不足しているためインストールできません。
