XPS 13ノートブックでFedora 32を実行しています。私はChromeをブラウザとして使用し、職場プロフィールと個人プロフィールの2つのプロフィールを持っています。新しいプロフィールを開くと、新しいChromeウィンドウが開きます。しかし、両方のウィンドウは大幅に遅れます。新しいタブを開くのに約10秒かかり、スクロールが非常に遅くなります。開いたタブの数は無視できます。 30個のタブ付きウィンドウがある場合はすばやく応答しますが、それぞれタブ付きウィンドウが2つある場合はすべて非常に遅くなります。
16GBのRAMと8コアのi7があるため、リソースが制限されているためではありません。リソース使用量を確認してみると、全体のコアは10%内外、使用されたメモリは4GB内外、スワップは使用しません。
一方、Firefoxは12個のウィンドウを開いたままにしても非常にうまく機能しました。
実行すると、lshw -c video正しいドライバがインストールされていることがわかります。私の場合はconfiguration: driver=i915 latency=0。

編集2：Ubuntu 20.04.1に切り替えましたが、Chromeに問題はありません。
