Python 3.9のインストール時のインストールエラー

私はantiX 19.3にPython 3.9をインストールしようとしました。私がフォローしたガイドは次のとおりです。ここ。私のインストールの違いは次のとおりです。

sudo apt-get install build-essential 
sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-dev
sudo apt-get install libbz2-dev
