KDE Neonに追加したリポジトリを使用してテレグラムをインストールできない

最近、テレグラムは中断されたアップデートを受け取りましたが、KDE ​​Neonインストールではaptを使用してインストールできません。以前はうまくいきました。

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:atareao/telegram
