私の環境で奇妙な動作が発生しました。ポート22では、すべてがうまく機能します。
ただし、ターゲットサーバーのポートを22から別のポートに変更すると、Redhatサーバーは接続できなくなり、停止します。ただし、Ubuntuサーバーは問題なく両方のポートからリモートホストに接続できます。
