CentOSを新規インストールすると、パッケージをインストール/更新できなくなります。

CentOS6をインストールしたのは今回が初めてです。パッケージをインストール/更新しようとしています。しかし、私はできません。これは出力であり、停止しません。この問題をどのように解決できますか？
