nginxをインストールしてみてください：

  1. 最初：

    sudo curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_lts.x | sudo -E bash -

    結果：

あなたはそれすらできないと言ったapt-get install nginx。私にもこの問題がありました。私の場合、既存のnginxインスタンスをすべて手動で削除するまで削除することはできませんでした。一日前にnginxをインストール（試行）したようですが、覚えておらず、インストールがかなり混乱しました。努力する

$ whereis nginx
nginx: /usr/sbin/nginx /usr/lib/nginx /usr/share/nginx /usr/share/man/man8/nginx.8.gz

私がしたことは、すべてのrm -rfシンボリックリンクを強制的に削除し、見つけた既存のシンボリックリンクを削除することでした。その後、ついに述べたすべてのnginx関連パッケージを削除し、実際にnginxを再インストールすることができました。
