Linux MintでBluetoothアダプタが見つかりません。

私はLinux MintとWindowsを含むデュアルブート構成のHP Pavilion-15ノートブックを持っていますが、長い間Bluetoothの問題に直面しています。最近、コンピュータはBluetoothアダプタをまったく検出できませんでした。すべてを試していくつかのフォーラムをチェックしましたが、何も機能しません。

アダプタオプションをクリックした後、bluemanのスクリーンショットは次のとおりです。

bluezを削除して再インストールし、bluemanをインストールしましたが、効果はありません。私が試した結果は次のとおりです。

• hcitool dev付属のBluetoothデバイスはありません。他のhciコマンドも同様です。

  注：私はbluetooth-autostart他の多くのことを試した後にsnapをインストールしました。それまでは、dmesgスナップショット関連のメッセージを除き、上記のコードスニペットの内容がすべて出力されます。

• Windowsでは、通常はBluetoothデバイスを検出して接続できます。実際、Windowsを一度起動するとすぐに問題が始まったような気がしました。 Windowsでクイックスタートを無効にし、コールドリブートを実行しました。解決されていません。
