Kubuntu 21.10でBluetoothを切り替えることはできません。コントローラが見つかりません

Kubuntu 21.10では、問題なくBluetoothを実行している他の3台のコンピュータがあります。問題のあるコンピュータでは、Bluetoothをオンにすると問題が発生します。システム設定> Bluetoothに移動すると、次の画面が表示されます。

「アクティブ化」をクリックすると何も起こりません。

タスクバーにもBluetoothアイコンがあります。

同様に、Bluetoothアイコンをクリックしてオンにすると何も起こりません。クリックするとアイコンが消えます。

Bluetoothアダプタが登録されているようです。

まだ実行中：

デバイスが見つからないため、ドングルが見つからないと出てきます。

bluetoothctlと同じ：
