一般的な質問:私は別のソフトウェア(Skype、Zoom、ブラウザベースの会議プログラム、OBS Studio、Audacity)に移動するまで、しばらくの間カーネル5.4、5.10、5.13でManjaro Mate 21.2.1(Archベース)を使用してきました。昨日、MX LinuxバージョンMX-21 Wildflowerに切り替えて新規インストールすると、問題が解決することを願っています。残念ながら、まだ以前と同じ問題があります。

兆候:私はマイクが統合されたLogitech Webカメラを使用しています。 Pavucontrolは、「入力デバイス」の下にマイクを表示します。ほとんどの場合、上記のソフトウェアは何も記録せず、無音ビデオのみを表示します(したがってカメラ自体は機能しますが、音は聞こえません)。時々歪んだリスの音が聞こえます。運が良ければ、音が突然働くこともあります。設定を変更する必要はありません。時々スカイプでテスト通話をしていたのですが、音が大丈夫ですが、誰かに電話をかけると、その人が私の話を聞くことができない場合があります。一部のブラウザではマイクを検出できないと言います。このような症状は、Manjaroを使用したときに発生し、MX Linuxを使用しても特に違いはありません。 Pavucontrolはデバイスのロックを解除できません(下記のスクリーンショットを参照)。

いつ始まりますか?状況は2021年12月頃から始まり、それ以来さらに悪化したことがわかっています。

私は今まで何を試みたか。

  • distroをMX Linuxに変更
  • sudo apt-get purge pulseaudio以下からpulseaudioを再インストールしてください。sudo apt-get purge pavucontrolrm -rf ~/.pulse/
  • 無制限の再起動
  • pulseaudio -kそしてpulseaudio --start
  • sudo chown -Rc $USER:$USER $HOME
  • Skype、Zoomなどを再インストールし、リポジトリで利用可能なすべてのパッケージをテストします。
  • カメラを取り外し、別のカメラを接続してからヘッドホンを接続します。
  • (Manjaroの使用中にpulseaudio-alsaもインストールしました。MX Linuxリポジトリには似たものはありません。)

唯一の幸運は会議ソフトウェアを再起動し、他のソフトウェアおよび/またはおよび/またはpulseaudio -kpulseaudio --start btw:マイクとカメラが統合された他のラップトップで以前に使用されていたものと同じManjaro Mateバージョンを使用しましたが、すべてがうまく機能しました。)

また、Audacityを使用して同じコンピュータで音楽を話して再生しながら録音すると、Audacityは音楽(内部音)だけを録音でき、私の声(外部音)は録音できないことも分かりました。
