UEFIシステムがあります。No boot loader is installed in the MBR of ...「ダメ」という意味レガシー BIOS ブートローダMBRにインストールされています...レガシーBIOSブートローダはユーザーとはまったく関係がないため、完全に無視できます。
Boot-Repairの結果によると、Kaliのブートローダが実際にまだ/efi/kali/grubx64.efi存在していることがわかりましたsda1。
欠落しているのはUEFI NVRAMブート変数で、UEFIブート設定（sudo efibootmgr -vLinuxで表示される設定）が消えます。デフォルトでは、/efi/Boot/bootx64.efi最初のUEFIブートファイル（ユーザーのファイル）の2番目のコピーがsda1EFIシステムパーティション（縮小してESP）にインストールされるため、Windowsは起動し続けます。これはUEFI代替/リムーバブルメディアブートファイルと呼ばれ、1つのオペレーティングシステムしかESPごとに1つずつ持つことができます。
（ディスクごとに1つのESPのみを使用することをお勧めします。単一のディスク上の複数のESPが機能する必要がありますが、ファームウェア開発者のテストははるかに少ない場合があります。）
UEFIシステム（Windows 10以降）からWindowsを起動すると、独自のUEFI NVRAM設定を確認し、Windowsがフォールバックで起動し、実際のNVRAM設定が見つからない場合は自動的にUEFIを再構築します。 NVRAMブート設定（以前の変数のすべての項目を上書きする可能性が高いBoot0000）
UEFIモードでシステムを起動するために使用できるライブLinuxブートメディアがある場合は、efibootmgr次のようにrootとしてこのコマンドを使用できます。
efibootmgr -c -d /dev/sda -p 1 -l \\efi\\kali\\grubx64.efi -L "GRUB for Kali Linux"
これにより、ブートローダエントリが再作成され、同時に自動的に起動順序に追加されます。
この特定のハードウェアのすべてのBIOSアップデートで同じ状況が再度発生する可能性があるため、このガイドラインを覚えておく必要があります。 （一部のUEFI実装では、ファームウェアアップデート全体にわたってブート変数を保持しますが、将来のアップデートで状況が改善されない限り、明らかにそうではありません。）
