Bluetoothキーボードが接続されているが機能しない

私はラップトップに物理的に接続したとき（5ピンあり）、うまく動作し、Android携帯に接続しても期待通りに動作するLenovo Duet 3 Bluetoothキーボードを持っています。

しかし、（Arch）Linuxでは動作しません。カーネルとBluetoothスタック（bluez-libsなど）が最新であるため、次のコマンドbluetoothctl（わかりやすくするために略語で示す）を使用してデバイスを接続します。

デバイスが接続され続け、バッテリー情報を表示できます。これまでは大丈夫でしたが、何でも入力したりトラックパッドを使用しても何の効果もないので、入力デバイスとしてはほとんど使用されません。
