network コマンドの出力によると、Windows コンピュータはガイドで想定したように 192.168.0.0/24 ではなく 10.0.0.0/24 をネットワークとして使用しているようです。どこでも（VMニューラルジョブの設定とputtyコマンド）192.168.0.110を10.0.0.110に変更すると、接続が有効になります。
背景
ネットワークルーティングテーブルWindowsワールド側は、Redhat VMに到達すると予想されるパケットをルーターに送信し、コンキャストに送信するように設定されています。これはRFC1918予約ネットワークから来るので、パケットは正しく破棄されます。仮想マシンにLANアドレスを提供すると、パケットは仮想マシンに入ります。
