IPベースのパーティションをマウントする方法は？

ホームサーバーを設定しましたが、fstab自宅にいるときにホームネットワークIPを使用してネットワークドライブを自動的にマウントし、ネットワークにいないときにTailscale IPを使用してマウントするように設定できるかどうか疑問に思います。 。
