この現象は頻繁に発生し、コンピュータの速度が低下します（特に起動/終了中）。内容は次のとおりです。

サウンドバーと（Logitech）ウェブカメラが接続されているモニター（Dell U2414H）に統合されたUSBハブ。マザーボードから画面のUSBハブケーブルを抜くと問題がなくなりましたが、サウンド/ウェブカメラは機能しません。
